Payment Terms

We adhere to a well-defined timeframe for flight reservation payments. In most cases, immediate payment is required upon booking confirmation. However, under certain circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: In the event of technical errors, we may extend a 24-hour grace period to complete the payment.

Late Payment Fees

While AirSparow does not typically impose late payment fees, it's crucial to note that airfares are subject to change. These potential changes are clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which are made readily available to all customers.

Transparency in Charges

The total price you see displayed includes all applicable taxes and our service fees. Please note that your credit card statement may reflect multiple charges that contribute to the total amount.

Important Fare Information

Airfares are guaranteed only once a ticket is issued, not upon submission of your payment details. In the event of any booking or payment discrepancies, we will promptly contact you via email and phone. If everything is confirmed, you will receive your electronic ticket (e-ticket) for the flight. Remember, confirmed bookings and fares are only guaranteed upon ticketing.

Ticket Non-Refundability and Transferability

All tickets issued by AirSparow are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Booking Confirmation and E-tickets

Your booking confirmation and e-tickets will be delivered to the email address you provide during purchase. Double-check your itinerary details to ensure they align with your booking information. We are unable to modify itineraries or passenger names after midnight (12:59 am) on the day of booking. AirSparow assumes no responsibility for any such errors. Should changes be necessary after this deadline, airline rules and regulations will apply. These changes may incur fare differences and penalties as determined by the airline's specific fare rules for your reservation.

Passenger Identification Requirements

For security purposes, traveler names on your booking must precisely match the names on government-issued photo IDs. Any discrepancies may result in denied boarding or additional change fees.

Changes and Cancellations

We are unable to process changes or cancellations via email or chat functionality. For all such modifications, passengers must contact us by phone at our toll-free number +1-877-652-3939 at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

Baggage Fees and Allowances

The prices you see may not encompass baggage fees or other charges levied directly by the airline. Free baggage allowances, when applicable, are determined by the airline based on route and seat class. Airlines may impose additional fees for checked baggage, excess baggage, or optional services. We recommend contacting the airline directly for the most up-to-date information regarding baggage allowances, weight restrictions, and bag dimensions.

Prohibited Items

Federal law strictly prohibits the transport of hazardous materials on board aircraft, either in your checked luggage or on your person.

Flight Cancellations Originating in Canada

We understand that plans change. However, if your flight originates in Canada and you require any changes or cancellations after midnight (12:59 am) on the day of booking, these modifications will be subject to airline penalties and potential fare differences.

Credit Card Billing Requirements

All credit and debit cards used for flight bookings must have a verifiable Canadian billing address and billing telephone number. Online credit card transactions are authorized at the time a user (or someone acting on their behalf) accepts our Terms & Conditions and proceeds with the purchase.

Visa Formalities

AirSparow is not responsible for the visa application process. For any inquiries regarding visas, please consult the relevant embassy or consulate.

Health Recommendations

Vaccination requirements for travel can change frequently. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you obtain all recommended vaccinations, take any prescribed medications, and follow all medical advice pertinent to your trip.

Travel Insurance

AirSparow strongly encourages all travelers to secure adequate travel insurance. We recommend thoroughly reviewing any insurance policy terms to ensure it meets your specific needs. We can provide a quote for travel insurance upon request.

Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to modify any aspect of your booking beyond increasing the number of passengers, and provided we can accommodate the change, an amendment fee of $50.00 (USD/CAD/EUR) per booking will apply, in addition to any applicable airline or supplier charges. Occasionally, additional taxes may be levied. We will inform you of any such additional taxes before issuing or re-issuing your ticket.

Cancellation

Cancellation before ticket issuance:- Should you or any member of your party be forced to cancel your flights, we must be notified by the person who made the booking and who is therefore responsible for the payment of cancellation charges over the phone by a call to Our customer care number.

Cancellation after ticket issuance:- Cancellation after ticket issuance will result in a loss of 100 % of the total cost of all travel arrangements in most cases.

Force Majeure:- We accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage or alterations, delays, or changes arising from unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as war or threat or war, riot, Civil Strife, industrial Dispute including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity, natural & nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical problems with Transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellation of schedules by scheduled airlines. You can check the current position in any country by contacting the foreign and commonwealth office.

A direct flight in the aviation industry is any flight between two points by an airline with no change in flight numbers, which may include a stop at an intermediate point. The stopover may either be to get new passengers (or allow some to disembark) or a mere technical stopover (i.e., for refuelling) or due to operational reasons.

In exceptional circumstances, AirSparow may not be able to issue airline tickets for confirmed bookings due to ticketing restrictions outside its control. If this occurs we will attempt to notify you and organize a refund or arrange an alternative. If you choose an alternative and it is more expensive than your original booking, you may be responsible for paying the difference.

To prevent cardholders and the company from any fraudulent transaction, Your booking may be subject to a credit authorization process where you might be required to send us a copy of your credit card and a photo id along with a duly filled credit card authorization form or docu sign, with the details of your purchased flight booking, authorizing us to process your payment. Due to a high number of fraud transactions in the past, our fraud team may ask you to fill up a payment authorization form and send it to us with the front and the back copy of your card and a copy of your govt. issued photo ID. We only ask you to provide the aforementioned documents if it is a Third party payment (The credit card holder is not one of the passengers), If the travel is to a high-risk destination (A destination for which we have had more than 3 fraud transactions in the past), if the card used is billed outside the USA or if the departure is within next 30 days. Please be assured that all documents are destroyed once verified. We do not publish or distribute any personal information to anyone other than the supplier and airlines.
