CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION

Due to the high number of fraud transactions in the past, our fraud team may ask you to fill out a payment authorization form and send it to us with the front and back copies of your card and a copy of your government-issued photo ID.You can hide the first twelve digits on the card, click a picture and send it to us at our customer care email address: support@Airsparow.com.

We only ask you to provide the aforementioned documents if it is a third-party payment (the credit card holder is not one of the passengers), if the travel is to a high-risk destination (a destination for which we have had more than 3 fraud transactions in the past), if the card used is billed outside the USA or if the departure is within the next 30 days. Please be assured that all documents are destroyed once verified.

We do not publish or distribute any personal information to anyone other than the supplier and airlines.Instructions to send documents:

  1. Credit card authorization:- Please print the document, fill out the form, put your signatures (exactly as on the photo ID), and send it back by either scanning or clicking the picture of the form.
  2. Credit card:- You can hide the first twelve digits on the card with your finger or a strip, click a picture and send it to us at our customer care email address: support@AirSparow.com.
  3. Photo ID:- You can hide the last first or last digits of your photo ID number, such as your driver’s licence and send it to us at our customer care email address: support@AirSparow.com.
