After completing the booking process, you can expect an instant email from us detailing your trip itinerary with all the necessary information. Later, your credit card gets charged when the tickets are sent towards issuance.

The E-tickets will be delivered to your email within a few hours of booking. In case of delays from the issuance department this timeframe can get extended to 24 hours.

• In case it has been over 24 hours since receiving the first email and you have not received any tickets or any updates from our end, Then please contact us on 1877-652-3939.
• We may contact you during this 24 hour period to request and fulfill any needful steps such as reconfirmation of flights booked, schedule change, credit card authorization etc.

Unfortunately! purchases with vouchers/mileage are not permitted. The published fares on our website are negotiated deals offered by suppliers.

Passports & Visas: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the period of your stay. Before you reserve the ticket, It’s important for you to check with your relevant consult or local embassy agent for the specific information. ESTA visa must require for USA or transiting USA sectors. ETA visa must require for Australia or transiting Australia sectors. If your flight has a change of two different airports with the itinerary, it is your responsibility to organize the transfer to the right airport and also check the transit visa requirement. Airsparow for the VISA & Passport formalities. What time should I check in for my flight? Please note that it is always best to check with the airline for accurate check in times. We recommend that you check in at least 2 hours prior to departure for a short hall flight and at least 3 hours for a long haul flight. Please allow extra time if you are collecting any tickets e.g. TOD (Ticket on Departure).

We charge the amount of flight booking through:

• Credit/Debit card payment
• Bank transfer
• Cash payment in our office
• Card payment can be done through E-pay link by customer

• As name corrections are not permitted after getting the tickets issued.
• Some airlines may allow you to correct minor mistakes with a fee however it is entirely dependent on the airline's policy that may change at any point.

We follow major airlines carrier policy which simply considers 0-2 years as infants, 2-12 as children and 12+ as adults.
