Terms & conditions

The agreement between you and Airsparow.

Last updated: October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Airsparow.com (the "Site") and any travel booking you make with Airsparow ("we", "us", "our"), whether online, by phone or by email. By using the Site or making a booking you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy. No employee or agent of Airsparow may vary these Terms except in writing signed by an authorized officer.

2. Who we are

Airsparow is a travel agency located at 13234 Telecom Dr, STE 117, Tampa, FL 33637, United States. You can reach us at +1-877-652-3939 or sales@airsparow.com.

3. Our role as your agent

We act solely as a sales agent for the airlines and other travel suppliers ("Suppliers") whose services you book through us. We do not operate any flights. Your contract for air transportation is with the airline and is governed by that airline's conditions of carriage and fare rules, which may limit its liability and which you can obtain from the airline. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, insolvency or negligence of any Supplier.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to make a booking. The person making the booking ("lead traveler") accepts these Terms on behalf of every traveler in the booking and is responsible for all payments due.

5. Prices, taxes and fees

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include all government taxes and mandatory carrier-imposed fees, unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • Fares are not guaranteed until payment has been received and tickets have been issued. Airlines may change fares, taxes and availability without notice; if the price changes before ticketing we will contact you before proceeding.
  • Optional services — such as checked baggage, seat selection, priority boarding, in-flight meals and change fees — are set by the airline, may not be included in your fare and can be paid directly to the airline.
  • Where a service fee applies to a booking, it will be shown to you before you pay. Our service fees are non-refundable unless a refund is required by law.

6. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only once we have received payment in full (or any deposit we have agreed with you in writing) and you have received a booking confirmation from us. You are responsible for checking your confirmation immediately and telling us about any error in names, dates or flights.

We accept major credit and debit cards. All card payments are processed by Stripe on its secure payment page — whether you book online or by phone, in which case we email you a secure Stripe payment link. Our staff will never ask you to give your card number over the phone, by email or by chat. To protect you against fraud we may ask you to verify your identity (for example with photo ID) before tickets are issued, and we may cancel bookings that cannot be verified. If we agree a deposit or installment arrangement with you, the balance must be paid by the date we give you; if it is not, we may cancel the booking and you may lose your deposit and be liable for any airline cancellation charges.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help. Disputing a valid charge with your card issuer does not cancel your airline ticket, and any amount you are found to owe (including airline penalties) remains payable.

7. Names and travel documents

  • Names must match exactly the government-issued photo ID or passport each traveler will use. The TSA Secure Flight program requires each traveler's full name, date of birth and gender for every flight to, from or within the United States.
  • Most airlines treat a name change as a cancellation; corrections may incur airline charges or require a new ticket at the current fare.
  • You are responsible for holding valid travel documents. For domestic US flights, travelers aged 18 and over need a REAL ID–compliant driver's license or another TSA-accepted form of ID. For international travel you need a passport — many countries require it to be valid for at least six months beyond your stay — and any required visas, ESTA/eTA or other electronic travel authorizations, and health documentation.
  • Check current requirements for your destination at travel.state.gov and tsa.gov. We are not liable if you are denied boarding or entry because of missing or invalid documents.

8. 24-hour cancellation

Under US Department of Transportation rules, airlines generally allow a reservation to be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of booking, provided the booking is made at least seven days before departure (some airlines instead offer a 24-hour hold). If you need to cancel within this window, call us immediately at +1-877-652-3939 so we can process the request with the airline before the deadline. Eligibility depends on the airline's policy and the time of your request; any non-refundable service fee disclosed at booking may still apply where permitted.

9. Changes made by you

If you wish to change your booking after tickets are issued, we will try to help, subject to the airline's fare rules and availability. You will be responsible for any airline change fee, any fare difference, any tax difference and our amendment fee of $50 per traveler per ticket. Changes are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

10. Cancellations and refunds

  • Many discounted fares are non-refundable. Whether you are entitled to a refund, credit or voucher is decided by the airline's fare rules.
  • For refundable tickets, or where a refund of taxes is available, we will submit the request to the airline on your behalf. Our refund processing fee of $60 per ticket applies in addition to any airline penalty. If the amount recoverable from the airline is less than our fee, the ticket will be treated as non-refundable.
  • Refunds are paid to the original form of payment once received from the airline. Airlines typically take 7 business days (credit card) to several weeks to return funds to us.

11. Changes and cancellations by the airline

Airlines may change flight times, routings or equipment, or cancel flights. We will notify you of changes we are told about, using the contact details you gave us — please keep them up to date. Under US Department of Transportation rules, if an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight to, from or within the United States and you choose not to travel or to accept the alternative offered, you are generally entitled to a refund of the ticket price, including taxes and fees, to your original form of payment. We will help you obtain any refund or rebooking you are entitled to from the airline.

12. Special assistance

Please tell us at the time of booking if any traveler needs wheelchair assistance, is traveling with a service animal, or has other accessibility needs, so we can pass the request to the airline. Airlines provide assistance under the Air Carrier Access Act; the service itself is the airline's responsibility.

13. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that you buy comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, baggage and travel delays. Unless you purchase a policy, you are not insured by us.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, government action, strikes, or the failure or insolvency of any Supplier. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information. Fares and content on the Site are provided for personal, non-commercial use; automated scraping or speculative, false or fraudulent bookings are prohibited. While we try to keep the Site accurate, errors can occur; if a price is clearly displayed in error we may cancel the booking and refund any amount paid.

16. Complaints

If something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible on +1-877-652-3939 or at sales@airsparow.com. We acknowledge written complaints within 7 days and aim to resolve them within 30 days. You may also file a complaint about an airline with the US Department of Transportation at transportation.gov/airconsumer.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your booking shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you make your booking applies to that booking.
