How do I book a flight with Airsparow?
Use the search panel on our homepage to find flights for your route and dates, choose a fare, enter traveler details exactly as they appear on each traveler's ID, and confirm your booking. Our team reviews every booking and emails your confirmation and e-ticket. Prefer to talk to someone? Call +1-877-652-3939 — we're available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your booking is received, and your e-ticket with the airline confirmation code once tickets are issued — usually within 12 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't heard from us, call us.
Are the prices shown the final price?
Yes — fares shown include all government taxes and mandatory airline fees, in US dollars. Optional extras set by the airline, such as checked bags, seat selection or upgrades, may cost extra. Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued; if a fare changes before ticketing, we'll contact you before going ahead.
Is there a fee for booking by phone?
Airsparow does not charge an extra fee for booking over the phone. Any applicable service fee is always shown to you before you pay.
Can I cancel within 24 hours?
Under US Department of Transportation rules, airlines generally allow a booking to be canceled without penalty within 24 hours if it was made at least seven days before departure. Call us right away on +1-877-652-3939 so we can submit the cancellation to the airline in time. See our terms for details.
What ID do I need to fly?
For flights within the US, travelers aged 18 and over need a REAL ID–compliant driver's license or state ID, a US passport, or another TSA-accepted ID. For international travel every traveler, including children, needs a valid passport. Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least six months beyond your stay, and some require a visa or electronic travel authorization (for example the UK ETA or an India e-Visa). Check travel.state.gov before you book. Airsparow is not responsible for passport or visa requirements.
Why do you need date of birth and gender for every traveler?
The TSA Secure Flight program requires the full name, date of birth and gender of every traveler on flights to, from or within the United States. The name must match the ID you travel with. If you have a Known Traveler Number (TSA PreCheck / Global Entry) or Redress Number, let us know and we'll add it to your booking.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
Airline tickets are non-transferable, so a ticket can't be given to someone else. Small spelling corrections may be possible depending on the airline. Otherwise the ticket must be canceled and a new one booked in the correct name, and airline charges normally apply.
What are the age rules for infants and children?
Infants are under 2 years old for the entire trip and usually travel on an adult's lap. Children are 2–11 years old for the entire trip. If an infant turns 2 before the return flight, they need their own seat for that flight — call us and we'll help.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit or debit cards.
- A secure Stripe payment link sent to you by email when you book by phone.
- Bank transfer, on request for selected bookings.
All card payments are processed securely by Stripe — online or by phone. Our team will never ask for your card number over the phone, by email or by chat. To protect you against fraud we may ask you to verify your identity before tickets are issued.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Call us on +1-877-652-3939 or email sales@airsparow.com with your booking ID. What you can change or cancel depends on the airline's fare rules. Airline penalties and fare differences apply, plus our amendment or refund processing fee as set out in our terms.
What if the airline cancels or changes my flight?
We'll contact you with the airline's options. For flights to, from or within the US, if the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight and you decide not to travel, you're generally entitled to a refund to your original form of payment under DOT rules. We'll help you rebook or claim your refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once the airline approves a refund, it is returned to your original form of payment. Airlines usually process card refunds within 7 business days, though some take longer; we pass refunds on as soon as we receive them.
What's my baggage allowance?
Baggage allowances vary by airline, route and fare type. Where available, the included checked bag allowance is shown on your search results and confirmation. Many economy fares — especially basic economy and low-cost carriers — charge for checked bags, and carry-on rules differ by airline. If in doubt, call us before you fly.
When should I arrive at the airport?
We recommend arriving at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights. Online check-in usually opens 24 hours before departure on the airline's website or app.
Can you help with wheelchair assistance or special meals?
Yes. Tell us when you book, or call us at least 48 hours before departure, and we'll pass your request to the airline. Assistance is provided by the airline under the Air Carrier Access Act.
